Should a Toyota Genuine Part fail due to a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. This warranty is a testament to the quality and reliability of our Genuine Parts.

What is Covered

Toyota Genuine Parts Warranty covers manufacturing defects only on Toyota Genuine Parts purchased and installed at our workshop at Auto Timor Leste, by our certified and capable technicians. Additionally, external workshops who purchased Toyota Genuine Parts from Auto Timor Leste also benefit from this warranty.

Warranty Period

The coverage period begins on the purchase or installment of the Toyota Genuine Part. The warranty expires when 6 months has passed from this date OR when the Toyota Genuine Part itself has covered 10,000 kilometers.
For example, if you purchase and have the Toyota Genuine Part installed on January 1st and drive 10,000 kilometers by May 1st of the same year, the warranty expires on May 1st. If you purchase and have the Toyota Genuine Part installed on January 1st and have only driven 8,000 kilometers by May 31st, the warranty expires on May 31st.
